Marketing Remarks: This five-acre tract is mostly in pasture, except for the back, which is covered with mature trees. It backs up to the bluffs on the Kentucky River and the palisades. There are many wonderful building sites that can accommodate a walkout basement. The tract faces one of the farms in The Reserve at Chrisman Mill subdivision on the opposite side of the road. The tract is very scenic and is bordered by five-acre lots on both sides that also have matured trees. There are several spots for a horse barn. Front entrance to Subdivision has a center island, with stone entrance curretnly under construction and plank fencing in place. The plank fence continues and borders the back and side perimeter of all one-acre cluster lots. The Subdivision is deed restricted. The Subdivision is app.4.5 miles from downtown Nicholasville and app.10.2 from the intersection of Tates Creek and Man-o-War in Lexington.
